Return Policy

Hey there! We want to make sure you’re thrilled with your purchase, and we're here to help if something’s not quite right. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us right away at jadestreetmarket@gmail.com so we can make it right. Your happiness is our priority!

Our Return Policy:

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
  • Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. And don’t forget the receipt or proof of purchase!
  • How to Start a Return: Just shoot us an email at jadestreetmarket@gmail.com to get the process started. We’ll give you all the details on how and where to send your return. Heads up: Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s off—whether it’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered—let us know right away so we can fix it for you!

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If everything looks good, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Just a quick note: It might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
